How do resell an item paid for but not collected.

I have permission to resell an item that has not been picked up. How do I do this as ebay wants me to mark collected?

You should issue a cancellation to refund the buyer's money.   Then you'll be able to relist it.   Click on the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item on your sold list and select Cancel order.   Use "something wrong with buyer's address" as the reason.   It's the nearest we have and odds are they're too far away to collect easily.

Thanks but if I issue a cancellation to refund the buyers money it indicates that he wants it back which is not the case.

Are you saying the buyer has said you can keep the item and their money?

That doesn't sound very fair.
