How do i mark a sold item as paid when it has been collected

I recently sold a large picture on Ebay, it was collection or courier and the buyer collected and paid in cash. I went to mark the order as paid but can't find a way of doing this... any advice appreciated.

eBay don't actually allow cash on collection these days but it's done now.    There's nothing you can do because the buyer only receives the collection code from ebay (to prove they have the item)  after they pay online.

Thank you, I always remember a 'payment received' option but haven't sold anything collection for a while and it seems things have changed. Thanks for your prompt reply.

If you look at your original listing, you will see that  payment is accepted by various card payments,  Google / Apple pay,  PayPal,  but no Cash on Collection.

Out of interest,  as the buyer didn't pay through eBay,  how did you manage to exchange contact details,  give the buyer your address ?  🤔  This is only allowed / possible,  after payment is made through eBay.
