How do i make a complaint please bought units bk in October bought a coffee table a tv unit tall unit with leds my coffee table collapsed on me thursday night paid i think £60 quid for it I'm well bruised and hurt I'm not happy tele unit and tall unit is absolutely fine coffee table was a waste of money now it's collapsed on me by knocking it with my leg and I'm well bruised I'm not happy with the product well waste of money and i can send you pictures of my bruises fuming i absolutely love ebay but this ain't excepable I'm hurt

As far as getting ebay involved in an issue with a purchase, 'recent' means within 30 days from delivery.

 

If you bought from a business seller, I suggest you contact them direct.

eBay's own money back guarantee only lasts for 30 days. After that they're not interested.

 

The user agreement did warn you that "eBay does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of items advertised, or the truth or accuracy of descriptions". Don't be surprised if some items here are rubbish quality. eBay is a jungle.

 

If it was a UK business seller you may still have some statutory consumer rights, although enforcing them against distant, uncooperative eBay sellers can be difficult or impracticable. There's plenty of information online, or ask Citizens Advice.
