How do i make a compansation claim for lost itmes?

Parcel force have advised that i need to make a claim through ebay. Ebay provide no information about this. Has anyone had a similar issue?

Are you buyer or seller?

If buyer you open a not received case, if seller the buyer opens s not received case. Buyers pay a fee to ebay to cover loss so it is up to ebay to refund the buyer through the case. As you say ebay do not help much as they obviously lose money if they refund, and presumably claim on Royal Mail.
