How do i get Transaction Fee's retuned?

I posted a car with a buy it now price, someone bought it but turned out to be a scammer. I've cancelled the order but lost the fee's i paid to post it and the transaction fee. anyone know how i go about reclaiming them? I've clicked on the email link in Ebay but it doesn't work.

You cancel as unpaid on day 4,this gets your final fee refunded. 

Listing fees are non refundable, if you relist, pay fee again.

Better to list as classified ad, 1 Listing fee, no other fees. 

Not sold until you get paid.

You can't reclaim listing fees.

If by transaction fee you mean selling fee, that should be credited if you cancelled correctly.
