If it is already listed, then you would need to end it just before it relists or immediately after it relists. Probably wise to end it after it just relists, as most bids do come in the last minutes even seconds of an auction.
For a new listing on the right hand side of Format >> Auction click on the 2 tiny wavy lines >> see pricing options, from the drop down menu there you can cancel the auto relist.
