How do I sell just one item from a lot of several pieces

I listed several items of bedroom furniture as one lot.  Someone wants to buy just one item which I have agreed at a given price.  Anyone know how to go about this pleasr

You would have to end the listing and relist the one item at the agreed price.

Make sure any message sent to the buyer make it very,  very clear,  the listing is being removed to relist the item again on eBay for the buyer to buy.  Make it clear this is not for an off eBay sale.

You will have to relist the single item as tressygirl has advised but you will also have to take into account the buyer fee(4%+72p currently)

For example if you have agreed £100 for the buyer to pay you will receive £95.46

For you to receive £100 you need to list at £104.72
