How do I 'reinstall' paypal to pay for postage labels

Hi 

I had 2 emails connected to my paypal account - I removed the old one, (swapping the default) 

Now I cant pay for postage via ebay 

How do I reinstall this ? I cannot find anywhere do do it

You may want to check your pre-approved payment option is correct in your pay pal account and also ask pay pal while your logged in there for help.
