How do I mark the item as shipped?

I posted my item on 9th May but I keep getting a message saying I have not posted it.  I arranged the postage myself.

How do I mark the item as posted?  Many thanks.

With Simple Delivery you're supposed to use the ebay postage label then the item is automatically marked as dispatched.    Without that the payment will be held for 14 days.   

You can contact ebay to see if they will change the tracking number for you.   You can request a callback on here:
