I sent an item well wrapped in bubble wrap but buyer sent me photo of item and it has been damaged during shipping. I have refunded the buyer & contacted Yodel who have said I need to contact ebay to ask the to raise a claim for damaged item. How do I do this?

With Simple Delivery when a buyer opens an "arrived damaged" case eBay refund the buyer and the seller keeps the payment. But I'm afraid they won't usually do anything after a refund has been issued. No harm in asking though. You can request a callback on here:

just had a quick check and simple delivery wasn't available for this item. item was posted via inpost lockers and sent via YODEL

Did you buy the label through Ebay/Packlink?
