How do I find collection code

Can’t collect item as no collection code how do I find this seller says it’s down to eBay or Royal Mail I’ve checked emails from delivery confirmation but no code

If you've bought an item that is collection in person, once you pay you'll receive a 6 digit collection code that you can give to your seller when you collect your item. 

It's nothing to do with Royal Mail, no idea why anyone would think that it might be. 

Check the order details, your eBay messages and your email spam folder. Can you see it there?

If it was click and collect item, ebay supply the code when shop logs item In.

You only have 7 days to collect after delivery.
