Hi. I am trying to use the GSP and my buyer in Italy says GSP won't ship there ( I have enabled GSP in my profile and it should be fine) . I believe it may be because my listing has not got size and weight on it but I now can't see how to add that. Is it because the revise listing does not enable editing if there are offers I have made pending? If not, what? Thanks.

& The tip on Italy. Presumably if the item is received by GSP in the UK though it is Ebay's responsibility to get it to the buyer so I'd still get paid?
It may be helpful for you to know (as a mentor) that when I went to my GSP settings I was already opted in.
I hadn't however enabled GSP on that listing (or any of my others) at when I originally created them. I will try creating a new listing and including GSP and see what happens. Cheers H.
