The seller kindly offered full refund due to unexpected malfunction of item I bought and eBay generated a return shipping label. Actual weight of the parcel is beyond 5kg that is the max of the label. The seller kindly arranged another shipping label to cover the weight, I shipped with the new label and the seller received it. However, we can’t move forward to refund from here because either of us can’t update/change the return shipping label tracking number on eBay. On eBay the record is that the item is not shipped yet, in reality it is. I tried to contact eBay, tried automated chat but no option to ask eBay to amend the tracking number. They all point to “send the return parcel” as buyer. How can we move forward from here? How can we get in touch with eBay to resolve this?
