Ive had my account maybe 25 years. Approx 18 years ago I had a buyer report me for an item i legit forgot to post and my sellers status was revoked. I tried raising a ticket the reply said I would have been sent a message from ebay to click on but cant find it amongst so many years of purchases. Is there any way they can resend or fix this in an alternative way?

unfortunately if you were banned indefinitely that's it, you cannot sell ever again.

It doesn't say ' Not a Registered User' on your profile so doesn't look as if there's any permanet restriction.
You may be prevented from listing an item, because you have not fully or correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments.
You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.
This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services, who have full access to your account, and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.
Contact them this way.
This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

If your selling ban was permanent, you will never be able to sell again.
You should speak to Ebay Customer Services to find out if it was a permanent ban. If it was, there is no way back to selling on Ebay for you and Customer Services agents will not be able to discuss your case with you. There is no right to appeal the decision.
If they say it was not a permanent ban, you will need to register for managed payments.
You will find a great deal has changed since you last sold.
