Evening,
I have received many parcels over the last few months which I have not ordered. The address on the parcels is very similar to mine, but by the town name and personal name. The address on the parcels does not physically exist, so presumably, that's why they turn up at my house.
Because I haven't ordered the parcels I do not have a tracking number, so I can't contact the courier, EVRI or contact eBay customer services.
I did find one tracking number on one parcel which told me the parcel was sent from an eBay seller but gave no further details.
The items delivered are very low quality small items of clothing. I presume this is a scam to allow the sender to rate low quality items as high quality and mis-sell to other eBay users.
Any advice on how to stop these deliveries would be gratefully received.
Cheers,
Alan.

Are you sure these are from an eBay seller?
If you have purchased some recent items from eBay, checkout those sellers, they may just have posted to the wrong buyer.
Click on the seller's listings, then down the left sidebar click on Sold. If you find the item there, send that seller a message that you have received their item in error, for them to send you enough money to cover a fully tracked return postage to return the item back to them.
Do not be fobbed off with sending to the correct buyer, it goes back to the seller.
If this is not the case, and no one else in your household knows of this purchase, google Brushing Scam see if that applies here.

If it is not your address, then speak to Evri driver and tell them not to deliver.

Further to the previous replies, if they are from Royal Mail can't you just mark as "Not known at this address" and give them back to RM?
