Is it possible to opt out of using Simple Postage?
I have had to use it on the items I have sold recently and it has got the information wrong every time, which has made me either lose money on Free Postage items or charge more than I could pay using Royal Mails own website on listings.
For example I have just sold an item that would have fit in an envelope & cost £1.85 But with Simple postage it has cost me £3.45 and been sent as a small parcel.
It is so inaccurate & I think unfit for purpose.
