How can I get an item marked as delivered?

So I initially put the wrong royal mail tracking number in when I posted an item. I put the right one in today and it is showing as not delivered yet however I checked on Royal Mail tracking website and messaged the buyer and it HAS been delivered.  The buyer bought as a guest so cannot add any details or mark it as delivered.  I asked the ebay help and it was not very 'helpful.'  How can I get this item marked as delivered so that my funds will be released?  Thanks

Use a laptop / PC with Chrome and you should be able to change the tracking yourself.  If  not,  you will need to contact eBay Customer Services again , they can do this for you,  but contact them only very first thing in the morning, at 8 a.m. when the lines first open as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
