How can I check a purchase using the order number shown on credit card.?

I have a charge on my credit card for £113.62 and cannot remember purchasing anything for that amount in November.   I have the order number but don't know where to check this purchase.   Can anyone help/explain where I can cross-check this purchase please?   I've already looked in Purchase History

If not in purchase history, you could have bought as a guest, in which case the only evidence of purchase would be in the confirmation email from ebay. Have you checked your emails?

If you cannot trace any purchase, then you should contact your card company.
