History Vanished

I recently purchased a USB Data cable for printer to computer through ebay. I have the receipt on Pay Pal but it seems to have vanished from ebay history.

Any reason?

I need to contact the seller as the cable seems to work off and on. 

Any advice or ideas will be appreciated.

Sounds as though you bought as Guest, in which case you get a confirmation of purchase emsil from ebay. 

Purchase will not appear in your purchases and you cannot leave feedback.

Link in email should be used to open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, seller will not know Your Id as it would  not have been used in the purchase.
