Hi ive posted the wrong items to buyer

Hi i have posted wrong items out to buyer and have asked them to check them. What do I do now please

Ask the buyer to return them.   You would have to cover the cost,  eg. Royal Mail Click and Drop send you a QR code that you can forward to the buyer.   The post office will scan it and print out a label for them.   Get the buyer to agree first though.

Or ask them to open a "not as described" returns and they'll get the label via ebay (paid for by you).
