Use a laptop / PC and Chrome and you should be able to change/ edit that tracking number yourself. Then, when it shows delivery your payout will be released 2 days after that delivery date. With no tracking your payout will be held for 14 days.
If you cannot change the numbers contact eBay Customer Services to do this for you.
