Hi.i have sold an item which added postage details to, however the buyer has collected the item.

I have sold an item that I added postage details to in the listing, but the buyer collected the item in person.

I have marked the item as dispatched,

but how do I show it as received to receive my payment?

You really should've cancelled the order and relisted as a collection in person listing.

The buyer would then have got a code to give you when they collected their item, when you add the code to the order details it indicates that the item has been collected.

You'll now have to wait 14 days to receive your payment.
