Hi, I really fed up with trying to get answers about the New simple despatch process, I want to do it how I've always done, I choose Royal mail and charge customer, go to post office and buy stamps and post, I'm not the best at technology, but I'm sure others must be having same issues, I will Not under any circumstances use Evri, I don't want to use courier, I also want to keep our local post office in business and the social interaction can help with mental health. What options are work around please in plain English. Thank you
