You don’t get those amounts back.

Ebay will take the balance of the refund from your bank account.
You may be able to get a refund for the unused label. Check Ebay's guidance pages.

I don't have time now, but I think you need to take advice here about how to sell items where youhave more than one for sale.
For example, your current listing is for one tile but you are asking buyers to message you about how many they want. And the listing you have sold was for only one tile, but you kept referring to tiles plural.
I don't know what's happened, but if you listed these items incorrectly this may explain why you can't make sense of the payments involved.

I didn’t even understand but the problem is not the £6. If I would sell
£350 stuff and I was gonna earn £175 and if I gave a refund I would lose
£175. It doesn’t make sense
You have to refund what the buyer paid for the item and any postage they paid you to get the item to them
That means you will be out of pocket for any postage you paid and any listing costs you incurred.
You don't just refund what you 'earned', i.e got paid by ebay.
It might not seem fair but it's how it works.
