I purchased the doll on March 22. The seller was on vacation until March 24 and replied on March 25. A tracking label was created on March 26, but there have been no updates since, and the package was never received by the carrier. The seller is not responding to messages. I also found a recent feedback from this same seller showing the same rare used doll was already sold, which raises concerns this listing may be fraudulent.
I wanted to open an “Item not received” case because the delivery was originally estimated by March 30. However, right before March 30, the seller changed the delivery date to March 31. Because of this, I am now unable to open a case and request a refund.
The seller has been ignoring my messages for several days, and the package is still showing as not shipped.
I’m concerned the seller is changing the delivery dates to avoid responsibility. Could you please review this and help me open a case or resolve the issue?
