Hey, I sent some email to customer  service but got not reponseso I want to try here

I received an parcel from USA but the item was missing from the box (I have photos and video) side of the box was cuted and retaped, seller had prove o sending it so it happend during a delivery to me, I couldn't report it as stolen item for some reason. Only option for me it was to return as "missing parts ". After that the seller got info he won't have to pay and I won't have to send the item back yet on my side I got label for return.

I wasn't sure what should I send back, still I printed the label and put on the empty box I got from seller. When I try to send in shop they told me the parcel number is not recognised, I tried an DHL lookers and I got the same info on screen ( I also have photo of it). 

So I don't have my item, I can't return it and I don't have refound. 

I would appreciate help with this case

What is the address on the label?

It shouldn't be possible for ebay to provide an international returns label through a returns case.

If the seller said you do not have to send the item back, they can just refund you through that case.

 

The label you received is probably a generic one issued by eBay but will not cover international sales.

 

Contact eBay Customer Services they should contact the seller ask them to provide that correct return label or send you the payment to buy this label here to send back  this empty box.

 

That should spur them on to just refund, if not once 4 days pass and it is timed to the second escalate the case or contact CS again to escalate it for you.

 

Contact CS here,  try at 8 a.m. on weekdays as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

It didn't make any sance to me, I thought they would attached seller address when it gets there but I don't know how it works. On label it says:

Receiver: eBay International Shipping

Seller just received an automatic response after I claimed return, it says on it

"We took care of this return for you

You don't need to refund the buyer, and you will not receive the item back. Thanks for trusting eBay International Shipping with this order".

He send me photos how he sent it so it was not his fault the item was missing and I'm sure he don't want to loose money too. 

 

Also there's still the fact that the item is missing and I'm sending an empty box back 😅

 

I sent an email to customer service twice but to respond from eBay, I didn't see an option to call them before so thank you for the link I'll make sure to call them and explain

That means ebay should be refunding you, but I suggest you contact them to check.

eBay.com's GSP works differently to ours. I believe that sellers there are covered and that eBay can issue an international returns label, but you need some clarification from eBay. Problem is, you need a CS agent familiar with the different policies on different sites.
