I can't verify my identity. My profile shows my name as it sounds in Russian, while my passport shows it as it sounds in Belarusian. My country has two official languages.

If you can't satisfy Ebay's know your customer checks, you won't be able to continue to use the site.
However you might be able to open a new account using the name that matches your documents.
