Hello, I want to report that I have broken one item which has been puschar by ebay. After few used this iteam stoped work. Iteam has 2 years of guarantie. I have report to the seller and they respond few times that they are happy about collection but they didn’t arange collection and stoped respons for my message. How can I resolve my problem ? Will be greatful for any advice.

Ebay don't cover warranties or guarantees on ebay, and if you have gone past the 30 days to raise a return case with ebay then best contact your payment provider for help or citizens advice if the item is UK based
