Help with ebay listing how to add accept best offer

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me, I'm made the mistake of upgrading to a business account,  so now I have had to make a new account, but everything seems to be working differently now, when I make a listing I can't add accept offers on the mobile app,  I have to save it as a draft and finish it on the laptop,  which is really frustrating if anyone could help me figure out why this is happening I would really appreciate it,  I have tried to contact ebay multiple times with limited success in the support they are giving,

The mobile app does have limited accessability, and its always best if possible to do this sort of thing on a desktop/laptop.

However from memory when setting up once you put the price in eg auction/BIN there should be a little blue button with more options and an arrow facing down click this you should then get the option you are after there.
