Hi, I am looking for help regarding the eBay Premium Service Badge and how I get it added to my listings.
I am currently rated as a "Top Rated Seller". It's my understanding that to qualify for a eBay Premium Service Badge, listings must have the following:
- Offer a free domestic delivery option within 3 working days.*
- Offer an express delivery option within 2 working days for no more than £10.
- For items over £20, all of the delivery services must be designated tracked services and valid tracking
On all of my listings I offer free delivery via Royal Mail 2nd class and I also offer postage upgrades for an additional fee (postage details below).
Royal Mail 2nd Class Letter / Large Letter - Free delivery
Royal Mail 1st Class Letter / Large Letter - £1.65
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £3.50
Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) 1:00 pm - £7.75
I did a little research and looked at other top rated sellers who have the Premium Service Badge, and replicated what their postage options are, so I don't understand why none of my listings qualify?
I have been back and fourth with eBay Customer Service but I am not getting anywhere unfortunately.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
