Sold a item it was marked delivered on the 31st March ebay says it is available in balance but nothing is showing?

Once tracking shows delivery it has to be exactly 2 days, 48 hours to pass before you can withdraw the money.

You may be trying to withdraw it a little too soon.  Perhaps try again later today or even tomorrow.

Also received positive feedback so it should be automatically available but it's not
