Help please, how can I use the QR code system for in-shop label printing on an old pre SD listing

Hi all. 

I've sold an old listing that's been up & unrevised since pre BPF & SD were instigated.  With the newer stuff I've recently been using the QR code in-shop printing for labels.  However, this sale was/is marked to print at home but I've just found out my printer is out of ink. 

Is there any way I can change it to in-shop print - I've tried clicking on the QR code in the "get label" options but it doesn't go anywhere.

Is there nobody who can advise on this please - I cannot send the item i've sold until i sort it but I cannot see how? (I'm sure it is something really simple but I just don't know about it, being a non-techie person) Thank you
