I have bought a headlight from a seller and the part doesn’t fit, before I made the transaction I have asked the seller about the item if I wouldn’t fit and in that case will I receive a full refund and they said yes so after I received the item and took it to garage they advised me that I won’t fit and when I contacted the seller about it, they thought I am lying or as if I took something from it and truthfully speaking I have not taken a single thing nor even replaced a thing moreover, they advised on the 12th of December 2025 that they will contact eBay in regards of it and so far I haven’t received anything from them I even tried to go through the process of returning but the seller has cancelled it. Please advise urgently. Thank you.
