Hi Everyone
I hope someone can help me on this or if I'm in the dark.
Somone purchased an item from me and then the next day decided it was a mistake, I had no problem cancelling the order and relisting the item but in doing so I had to then pay £16 to fund the refund, the item was around 110 and there was money missing from the balance.
I'm guessing this is from the fees ebay charge for when u promote an item but its really frustrating as the item technically never sold so isn't it something eBay should refund instead of myself?
Hope this makes sense.

If you use promotions then you should read the T & C to find what if anything is refundable if sale falls through. You have access to all details of transactions, so it should not be necessary to guess what fees you have paid.
- Ad fees are shown in your Payments tab in Seller Hub, or the transactions page in My eBay
