Have i been scammed

Bought a steam deck, day later check on my order , the seller closed account. 3 days the tracking number info has not progressed past royal mail where expecting it. Final day for delivery is tomorrow.  Should I contact ebay now or wait until tomorrow.

A seller cannot close their account with a recent transaction,  but eBay can close it,  if the seller has broken any selling regulation.

Are you sure you didn't make the purchase as a Guest Purchase ?  If so, there will be nothing in your eBay account for the purchase.

If this is the case and you do not receive your item,  you should wait a reasonable time after the item's last estimated date for delivery,  delivery times are just estimates, then proceed this way for a refund , for a Guest Purchased item.

If this wasn't a Guest Purchase and eBay have removed the seller if the item doesn't arrive by its designated time contact eBay Customer Services they'll refund your money or open a case for you for your refund.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

You have to wait until after the estimated delivery date to open a claim for Item not Received,so do it tomorrow

It doesn't sound like he's sent it then, and as eBay have closed his account I doubt that he will.

After the estimated delivery date has passed you'll be able to open an eBay item not received claim to get your money back.
