Has eBay switched their shipping options?

Why can't I select custom postage anymore or change the amount the buyer will pay? Its fix to large letter and I only have default options. What I'm posting is only a letter and for years I've been posting with Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - seems like a step backwards.

We were told that Simple Delivery would become mandatory for all Private sellers from April 15th.  It's been a very,  very slow rollout, some members lucky enough to have the choice of selecting custom postage ... until now.

SD is here for all Private sellers,  and there's no option for Custom Postage unless it falls out of the parameters  for Simple Delivery,  e.g. an item over 20kg in weight, or a lightweight item under the value of £10.

There is an issue with the postage for large letters as there is with combining invoices.  We are told eBay are working on these tech issues!  🤔
