Has eBay’s simple delivery changed ? Help plz

Hi can someone please help as I’m not sure what’s happened, has eBay change their simple delivery size limits, I can’t find anything about this on their website. I’ve used DHL simple delivery months and suddenly I can’t use dhl anymore due to it saying simple delivery is unavailable for this size etc. please help this is ruining my eBay business

As you are making items to sell,

You should be registered as a business. 

Upgrade,then no more SD, you choose postage.

Thank you for your post.

Ebay is currently updating delivery options and as part of this the DHL option for bulky items may not be appearing for some new listings. However if this option is not appearing it should be giving a custom postage option.

If you are not getting a custom postage option can you share your item example and I will have this logged with our tech team.
