Has anyone noticed how bad Ebay Customer service has become in the past few weeks?

Got to say I am shocked how bad Ebay customer service has become. 

 

I get an email from them saying I can appeal a decision they have made. When you try to they just say you can not appeal it. The email is incorrect. 

 

Spoke to the leadership team twice today and almost word for word I phone call was the same. Everytime I tried to ask a question they just talked over me and said they were going to hang up if I have no new questions. When you did get them to stay quiet whilst I asked a question, the answer was just "Sorry that is an internal decision, we don't need to tell you". 

 

Why waste their time thanking me for being a loyal customer of so many years at the start of the call, if they do not care less about you. 

 

Sadly it counts for nothing. Very disappointing and frustrating. All you need is someone to listen, but seem Ebay policy is to now talk over you and hang up.

That also explains why these boards are so busy these days as we do listen and try and give accurate info and assistance.
