Had a bad review needs removing

I asked ebay to remove a negative review, person bought an item they weren't happy either so offered a refund but they were happy to keep item but still gave a bad review.

If it is the negative, there is nothing in it that breaks feedback rules and it is too old to remove.

Asked awhile back, the customer wasn't happy so said I'd pay to have it
returned and refund. They then said they wanted to keep it anyway. So are
you saying I can say I don't like everything I purchase then when they over
a refund I just keep it and give a negative review and you can't remove it?
Not good practice they person wasn't right in the head and you allowed it,
it's the only negative review I've every had. Please explain why you
allowed the negative review when you knew it was wrong, please escalate
this as its definite not right to allow this in your eBay policy just
because an antique coin wasn't perfect.

I am a member like you. I am not in any way a representative of Ebay. I was just advising you regarding Ebay policy.  Buyers are allowed to leave negative feedback even if they choose to keep the item if their experience was, in their view, negative.

Ebay don't remove feedback unless it violates their policies and you have to ask within 30 days of the feedback being left.
