Buyers will see the total price, including the fees, and will decide whether or not they want to buy.

Same as now, really.

The same as now except any purchases from private sellers will have a fee of 4%+75p added, this will be included in the price shown on a listing and also shown as a breakdown at checkout.

Purchases from business sellers are not affected
