Hi,
I am having trouble finding the drop down for updating the tracking data.
I have done this before, but I cannot find the drop down.
Can anyone help?

Thank you for your posts.
I have followed up and the information from customer service is correct. The option to upload the tracking is no longer available when a Simple Delivery label is not used and a different label purchased. You can share the tracking details with the buyers through messaging or in the event a INR case is opened you can upload it through the case.

If it was the last item you sold, that was listed with Simple Delivery so the tracking would be automatically updated when you accessed the label.
If you chose not to use the Ebay label and bought your own postage, then other members have commented that they are not able to manually update the tracking.
Can members update tracking themselves or so they need to contact Ebay CS and ask for this to be done, please?

Thank you for the reply.
Previously, I have been able to update the tracking info.
However, the drop down tracking update, has disappeared from the drop down list.

I have checked the details for you and I can see that add tracking option is currently not available due to some temporary issue, we have many seller facing the same issue and according to eBay, this feature might be removed permanently, Rest assured, we have a resolution for you, share the tracking with the buyer so that they know when to expect it and also make a note on this order about the updated tracking, this was eBay can recognize it and I can see that funds for this order has been available to you, once the item is delivered, get the confirmation of the same from the buyer via eBay messages.
