Hi, I’m contacting you regarding the fees on my account. The only item I have listed is a caravan. The first time I listed it, the winning bidder never contacted me, so I had no choice but to relist it due to time wasters. The caravan still hasn’t sold.
I don’t understand why I have now received an invoice for double the amount for listing the same caravan. It feels like I’m being charged twice for the same listing, even though there was no sale and the reason I relisted was because the original buyer didn’t respond.
Could you please look into my selling account and explain why these double fees have been added, and remove any incorrect charges? Thank you.

Listing fees are never refunded, even if item does sell or buyer doesn't pay.

If you don't pay the fees, ebay are quick to take action.

Correct. You pay for when you first listed it, then a second listing fee when you relisted after the buyer pulled out.

I hope you have opened an unpaid item case against the buyer, because you will otherwise also be responsible for the fimal value fee. (The final value fee is refundable if the buyer doesn't pay, but the listing fee is not.)

As advised, Listing fees are not refunded and if a sale is not cancelled as Unpaid within 30 days you will have FVFs to pay.

Classified Ads. at total fee of £19. 99 allows the exchange of contact details for viewing and price negotiation over a 30 day period --- set the Start price at or near the price that you would find acceptable --- Avoid inviting Offers which halts the listing and the deal may never be completed --- just continue to Negotiate an acceptable selling price and only remove the Ad. when you have a definite buyer with Cash in hand or a  Bank Transfer is safely deposited/confirmed before handing over Vehicle keys/documents on buyer viewing /collection. No additional FVF selling fee is charged. --- Do not accept PayPal payment.
