Guest buyer no confirmation

I recently purchased an item as a guest although I do have an account linked too Ebay. I haven't recievd a confirmation email stating purchase and money has been taking out of my bank. When contacting eBay I gave the email that is linked too this account which I used as guest purchase and they are informing me no purchase has been made recently or they send an email linking me with a different user name and I can't get them to listen when am trying to explain to a robot. What should I do

If this was a Guest Purchase then nothing will show on your eBay account.

The best option is  to get a new confirmation email using this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2. 

From there you will be able to select the view order details to open a case  if need be.

If you are unable to do so from that point on you will need to speak to  Customer Services,  they  can verify that you are the person who made the purchase and assist you with opening a claim.
