This is very bad selling but unfortunately, no one can force a seller to post out a paid for item.
They should cancel and this will fully refund you, if they don't, you'll need to wait one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery, and then open a case for item not received.
You can leave appropriate feedback to explain how disappointing this transaction was, being not completed.
