Greeny Burst guitar

Hi could someone help please as this is turning out to be trying to get blood out of a stone, I ordered a Greeny Burst electric guitar  on behalf of my husband using his credit card back in Feb 25 as of today it has never arrived, I asked the seller what was happening with the guitar as it was being made so they say and that it takes time to make these guitars well yes that's fine and we were patience itself but then be told just a few days ago its now out of stock and I have seen it on ebay for sale ! we have now said forget it we would like a refund, I have messaged the seller 3 times to be ignored but they were full of chat when I was ordering it funny that !  because I ordered it with my husbands credit card it is not showing on my order history so it seems ebay wont step in because it doesn't show on my orders, I would be grateful if anyone can help. thank you

What a shame you left it so long. Ebay gives you 30 days from the estimated delivery date to report an item not received, after that date they are not interested.

Your only hope now is to try your credit card company and ask about a chargeback.

You're out of time to do anything via eBay, but the good news is that you have 120 days to issue a not received chargeback via your husbands credit card, so start that now.

Don't delay!  As you bought it in February you may already be perilously close to, or possibly already beyond the 120 day deadline.

If you need to ask here again, do PLEASE help us by giving us more exact information, including how you paid and the date of payment.
