Good til cancelled

I have 4 items that are Good til Cancelled that I'm being told are ending today. I have a basic shop subscription and may other other listings that are OK. Am I doing something wrong?

As I cannot see any items listed or see your shop, then it is difficult to suggest a reason why this is happening.
