Global shipping

I have sold a few items but they need to be shipped abroad, customer states they cannot pay as comes up with “unfortunately this seller won’t send to your location, contact seller to get delivery option” I set as international / global shipping so unsure how they pay or how I ship. 
any assistance greatly appreciated.

Is there a shipping method and price showing on your listings to those international destinations? If not, then they really should not have bid/bought before contacting you.

I'll be happy to take a look if you want to link me to a listing or let me have the listing number, and the name of the buyers country.

I believe it’s to go to Luxenberg.

I ticked the international shipping and selected global shipping but that
was all from my part.

That item is not part of GSP for any country. 

You have to work out postage yourself and invoice buyer.
