Global Shipping

I have been contacted by a buyer who is asking if I ship to Spain. I have selected Global Shipping in the listing but buyer says they do not see that option and he gets a pop up message saying I do not ship to Spain. I tried editing the listing and switching global shipping off and on again but no luck. Can anyone help?

if it's the sunglasses the listing says you only ship to UK.

You don't say which item it is but the only listing without GSP is for the sunglasses
