Global Shipping Program

I'm in the UK and trying to buy a car part from a seller in the USA. The Global Shipping Program (GSP) list of countries does not include the UK, so I can't purchase it. The part is a Body Control Module (BCM) for a 2007 Jaguar XK. Why won't the GSP let me buy it?

It is up to seller where he ships to, probably does not know EU does not include the UK.r

He doesn't have the option to enable UK shipping, and it's not on the list of countries for him to enable. He's checked. I think this is an error on eBay's part. All EU countries are there. Of course, the UK is no longer part of the EU.

Not properly, he hasn't.

The link below is to the ebay.com guidance to US sellers on (what they call) eBay international shipping. The United Kingdom is included in the eligible countries.

It's possible of course that the item you want to buy is restricted from delivery.
