Global Shipping Program Query

I have recently been selling a number of similar items (collectible soft toys)  and printing out 'in post locker' postage labels for them, and sending them this way.  I have not really paid much attention to the buyers addresses.  It has only now come to my attention because of receiving a couple of emails from eBay, that a couple of these have gone via the global Shipping Program.   I had no idea I had this switched on, on the listings as I don't usually sell internationally.   The emails state that the parcels have arrived at the global shipping hub.  Am I liable for any more postage costs ?  I am worried about this so any advice will be appreciated.

Make sure you have entered the tracking number in to the transaction as you are not responsible for any loss now the item has arrived at the Global hub.
